I am retired from running a construction company. Recently I moved to the Lakeway area and have been assisting a friend with several projects. They were late, unprepared, underqualified, and were ridiculously overpriced.....and then I was referred to Neighborhood Plumbing. The office staff actually wrote my information down correctly, had a representative show up the next day exactly on time, communicating with me 20 minutes prior to his arrival per my request. The representative was prepared and knowledgeable. He assessed, scheduled, returned and performed very clean work at a fair price. I am extremely satisfied with Neighborhood Plumbing and highly recommend them. Save yourself a ton of Grief! Unless you just like getting run around.....call Neighborhood Plumbing.

All in all our experience with Neighborhood Plumbing was good. Our problems were more extensive than we realized, and it took more time and cost us more. But we appreciate... read more the thoroughness with which the technicians dealt with the problems. Other plumbers have come in an done a quick-fix, which didn't actually fix the cause of our problems. Both technicians we worked with this time were great at troubleshooting things and explaining the process to us.

Punctual, friendly (as always) and most efficient and helpful. We love Austin, he is a “good hand”.

I have used Neighborhood Plumbing a couple of times in the past. My experience today measured up to my expectations. My plumber’s name was Robert. He called right on time... read more to tell me when I could expect him. When he arrived we discussed the jobs I had for him and he gave me a quote which I found reasonable. Then he went to work replacing a hose bib and installing 2 low flow toilets. His work was efficient and he cleaned up afterwards. I will definitely use Neighborhood Plumbing again.

Vlad was helpful during initial visit. Tim helped provide a solution and Austin installed the new water heater. I really liked my experience with all of the Neighborhood team!

Amazing company with great people! Main water line to my house broke. I noticed it at 8am on a Friday. They arrived same day and got it fixed.
