I am retired from running a construction company. Recently I moved to the Lakeway area and have been assisting a friend with several projects. I called multiple plumbing... read more contractors/companies and learned "it is crazy out there!" They were late, unprepared, underqualified, and were ridiculously overpriced.....and then I was referred to Neighborhood Plumbing. The office staff actually wrote my information down correctly, had a representative show up the next day exactly on time, communicating with me 20 minutes prior to his arrival per my request. The representative was prepared and knowledgeable. He assessed, scheduled, returned and performed very clean work at a fair price. I am extremely satisfied with Neighborhood Plumbing and highly recommend them. Save yourself a ton of Grief! Unless you just like getting run around.....call Neighborhood Plumbing.

This company did work for me on a shower that was leaking from a supply line during a remodel a couple of years back. They showed up promptly and the... read more plumber eventually fixed the leak after looking for the right parts. Several months later had a leak developed and we had to remove brick of the outside of the house to locate it without tearing up the shower. Called and talked to the owner and he denied that his plumber did the work because it was a Pex line ,said they don't work on Pex . Well his plumber did the work so I am not sure what he means. Had pictures before and after we located the line . He pretty much told me to screw off. I would not recommend them. Plus he was not a very pleasant person
