this was a tricky toilet issue, but i appreciated austin’s approach : checking the old insides, testing a couple options, explaining the situation, giving me a choice and then making sure the fix worked. yay

The service tech (Vlad) was very responsive and helpful. Scheduling was easy, and he arrived on time. This was a routine annual maintenance check on a water heater. I felt the cost for one hour was hefty.

Austin, the plumber, got here promptly, sized up our situation and knocked it out in a couple of hours. The total cost was less than half of what Reliant Plumbing and Heating had quoted us. Amazing!!

We had an issue with the garbage disposal not working, so I contacted them to schedule an appointment. Allan showed up on time and fixed the issue with ease! They were even kind enough to accommodate my request for a late appointment time (4pm). I highly recommend!

Neighborhood Plumbing has been my goto Plumbing contractor for many years now and they have never disappointed me. They are always responsive when I call, they have always been able to fit me into their schedule even during difficult times. We recently had a water heater fail in one of our rentals and they were able to diagnose and replace it in a half a day. I also very much appreciated that they sent someone out to inspect the quality of the installation. They will be the first plumbing company I call when I have a problem.

Austin was delightful from the time he walked in to my home to the time he finished the job (efficiently in one hour). I had a problem with a shower valve cartridge. He explained the problem, fixed the problem, and helped me to secure the right part for a future repair that I will be sure to contact him about. Amazing service and reasonable pricing.
